Peng Chair – Walnut

Peng Dining Chair references the proportions of a classic French Bistro Chair whilst also taking inspiration from the construction of a Welsh Stick Chair. Merging digital and traditional woodworking techniques, the studio has digitally created the seat and backrest, finishing each piece with hand drawn knife detail on all components. Made from walnut, the chairs are finished with a hard wax oil and buffed with beeswax, accentuating the faceted shapes and the hand hewn detail – giving it a sculptural and textural quality.

The Peng chair is available in a choice of sustainably sourced and managed British timbers, including Oak or English Ash.

 

This is a made to order item, please allow 4-6 weeks from the point of purchase for delivery.
