Delivery
 
Exceptional care is taken to package and deliver your item to you. We deliver using a variety of logistics partners depending on the size of the item and destination. When your item arrives to you, please closely inspect it and in the unfortunate and unlikely event of damage to your item, please contact us within 48 hours, so that we can advise on the best solution. Beyond this time, we cannot be responsible for any issues with items that have left our workshop. We always aim to ensure our customers are excited to settle their furniture into their homes, and if things are not as you hoped, we will find a solution with our customers. In the event of any issues please don’t hesitate in contacting us.
 
We do everything we can to adhere to delivery times stated, but Jan Hendzel Studio cannot be held responsible for any delays which are beyond our control. Items are delivered by single drivers to the ground floor of your property only. Please contact us if you need a different level of service. Please be advised that levels and types of service will vary according to the country of destination.
 
Standard packaging is included in the price of the item. Purpose-built crating may be needed for larger, bespoke or fragile items or for those sent abroad. This is not included in the product price, but will be discussed at the time of purchase. Similarly, please be aware that for deliveries outside of the UK, tax and import duties may be applicable.
 
Our products are quality checked before leaving our workshops in perfect condition but please inspect your goods on arrival and do not sign for them unless you are certain that they have arrived in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents on arrival please specify that you have inspected the box only (remark on its condition if possible) and please check goods within 24 hours. If you sign for the goods and they turn out to have been damaged the transport company will not assume liability.
 
In order to keep your goods in the best condition possible during transit, they are carefully packaged to avoid damage. It is essential you keep the packaging until you are 100% satisfied with your order. If you wish to return your order for any reason we can only accept the products if returned in their original packaging.
