Jan Hendzel Studio has co-curated Against The Grain, an exhibition which celebrates innovative design practices and material journeys being explored in contemporary design.

Finding order in randomness and significance in waste, his work is as much about the process of collecting and categorising as it is the elevation of materials themselves into objects of beauty and value. Breathtaking chandeliers of immense detail and scale have became synonymous with Stuart’s practice and his work sits in the permanent collections of prestigious institutions like the Museum of Art and Design in New York and the Design Museum in London.
